What we store
- Your login: name, email, a salted password hash, sign-in times.
- Your company workspace: accounts, contacts, conversations, generated documents and their sources.
- Personal data you choose to add: display name, headline, LinkedIn identity (name, photo, email from LinkedIn sign-in; no access token is kept) and connections you import from your own LinkedIn export.
How it is used
Workspace content is sent to the AI provider (Anthropic) to produce research, plans and drafts, together with the public web search results the model gathers. Your imported connections are used only to mark people you already know and to suggest introductions; they are never sent to LinkedIn, sold or shared with other companies on the platform.
Where it lives
Data is stored on Cloudflare (Workers and D1) in DK1.AI’s account. Each company’s workspace is separated by tenant; research snapshots are not shared between companies.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your personal data and delete imported connections from Personal Data at any time. Your administrator can delete your login. Questions: hello@dk1.ai.
